Paula Mashburn is a Dealership Specialist in the dealership services group. Paula is involved in a variety of projects and provides support to automotive dealers and dealership controllers. She communicates well on all levels, ensuring clients’ needs are met and exceeded. Prior to joining HHM in 2017, Paula obtained 19 years of experience in auto dealerships. She spent many years as a controller before branching into sales, service and general management. Knowledgeable of the auto industry, Paula says, “I love and appreciate the unique and intricate business that is the car industry. It takes many different talents in multiple departments to pull together a successful operation.” Paula is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Troy University.
