Paula Mashburn’s dealership experience began in 1994 when she became the Payroll Manager for a dealership. She quickly rose to a position as a controller and eventually served over four dealerships in two states across three countries. Over the years, she has handled dealership start-ups and closures, navigating the unique challenges that come with each circumstance. In addition to her experience as a dealership controller, she was also involved in marketing, sales management, fixed operations, and general management of the dealerships where she worked.
